Unlimited phone and email access to LC during the Planning process
Custom Planning Packet, including organizational binder, timelines, vendor information, etc.
Monthly to weekly wedding planning and design meetings prior to the wedding day to determine decor and layout design, coordinate timelines, layouts, vendors, etc. - including conference calls and skype sessions
Site visit meetings
Four hours for custom-item assembly, ie. favors, welcome bags, wedding invitations
Professional vendor selection, meeting attendance, and contract negotiation
Budget management
Wrap-up session 1 week prior to the wedding day to confirm details
Guest list and accommodation management
Ceremony and Reception timelines for vendors and bridal party, created and distributed
Direction of Rehearsal
Coordination of vendors and personal decor items on the Big Day, from setup to teardown
